We currently only accept payment via Bank Transfers or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and will send an invoice with banking details, once an order is placed.

Payment has to be made within 48hrs of receiving the invoice or the order will be cancelled.

As mentioned in our refund policy, we’ve opted against a ‘Buy Now’ (i.e credit card, Snapscan) option to provide customers with some time to consider the purchase. Although not the industry norm, we’ve found that this approach also improves customer experience and relationships, since we communicate directly with them throughout the process.

We appreciate that it might be perceived as an inconvenience to some customers, but we can guarantee a more fulfilling experience dealing with us in person, rather than an automated system.
